Before joining Kubrick, Stephanie worked as a recruitment consultant, assisting large companies in finding the ideal candidates for a diverse array of roles.

Stephanie was introduced to the company through a consultant who had recently completed the training program. Impressed by Kubrick's unique model and the opportunities it presented for consultants; Stephanie eagerly embraced the chance when a recruiter position became available. Starting in a junior recruitment role, she progressed to manage the UK Talent Acquisition department and later played a key role in establishing the department in the US.

Motivated by a desire to focus more on the candidate experience, Stephanie found her fit at Kubrick. She passionately contributes to recruiting candidates in data and tech, leveraging Kubrick's training and model to kickstart careers and provide an entry into the tech world for aspiring individuals. Witnessing consultants achieve key career milestones and succeed in their careers brings her immense satisfaction.

Having been an integral part of the Kubrick team for many years, Stephanie has witnessed the company's transformation from a small entity to a recognized top employer and industry leader. Excited about the achievements thus far, she looks forward to what the future holds for Kubrick Group.

Her favourite aspect of this role was working closely with candidates, guiding them through their job search, and witnessing their excitement as they secured their dream roles.

While I do not necessarily consider myself a technical person, I love that the industry is continuously growing year after year, and because it is always evolving, I find it interesting to be able to adapt alongside the advancements in data and tech itself. A particular interest for me is the use of data and AI in recruitment and how we can use technology to lead and encourage non-bias recruitment practices with a strong focus on identifying potential in candidates.Stephanie Cavanagh
