Richard Peers joined Kubrick in July 2022 as Chief Technology Officer, overseeing both the technology experts who train our consultants as well as managing the internal technology functions to enable business growth.
Richard's journey to Kubrick is rooted in a deep understanding of the challenges faced by those navigating the tech industry. As a mathematics graduate initially struggling to establish a career in tech and later as a CTO encountering difficulties in finding exceptional, young, and diverse tech talent, Kubrick Group's mission resonated strongly with him.
Before joining Kubrick, Richard held prominent roles, including Group CIO at the Economist Group and Group IT Strategy Director at Legal and General. His extensive career includes various CTO, CIO, and Technology Director positions at Informa Group. Richard is passionate about the transformative role of technology and people in driving business change and impact.
