As a neurodivergent individual, Daniele reflects on the various ways his condition has impacted him over the years and the steps he’s taken to make situations more manageable on an individual level. He also reflects on the support organisations have given him to make the workplace more welcoming, plus the additional challenges that have developed through the introduction of shared working spaces, hot desking, and more.

In addition to reflecting on his own personal condition, Daniele and Rakhi discuss the various ways in which neurodiversity can uniquely present itself in individuals, the steps organisations and teams can take to support their neurodivergent staff and colleagues, and the changes they’d like to see in the future that will ultimately make workplace environments more welcoming for neurodivergent people.
