Euan joined Kubrick in 2022 to own the execution and continual evolution of Kubrick’s Consultant services and support structures. As Delivery Director, he has a passion for building high-performing teams and is focused on creating a compelling Employee Value Proposition (EVP), driving operational efficiency, and creating a culture of continual improvement and innovation.
Euan has 20 years of experience leading operational and talent functions in Professional Services organisations, such as EY, overseeing functions of up to 120 employees across diverse, multi-cultural, global teams. Throughout his career, he has had a significant focus on delivering both technology and operating model transformations from large Global ERP implementations and offshoring strategies, through to innovation using cutting-edge technologies such as RPA and VR. These transformations have primarily focused on optimising Resource Management and improving the experience of those within consulting services.
As the Executive Team Sponsor for Kubrick’s Women’s Network and the Employee Insights Board (Kubrick’s employee shadow board), Euan is passionate about creating an inclusive environment and culture that enables those from all backgrounds to accelerate their career in data and next-gen tech at Kubrick.
