Dan joined Kubrick in February 2019 to develop and lead our inhouse project team. He harnesses his extensive experience in leadership and project management to deliver solutions for clients with short-term capacity challenges in their data and technology transformations. He recognises the importance of being flexible to adapt to each unique requirement and works closely with the entire leadership team to expand Kubrick’s capabilities in line with the evolving needs of organisations.
The formative years of Dan’s career were spent as an officer in the British Army, where he led multiple teams in the UK and on operations abroad. He specialised in the field of intelligence, managing the delivery of predictive analysis for security operations. After 7 years in the military, he joined KPMG's management consulting team. He maintained a focus on defence, both in cyber and procurement, and was able to apply the experiences gained in the military to commercial challenges.
Dan is passionate about the role of Kubrick in the implementation of next-generation technology, as data, AI, and cloud technologies have become omni-present across all industries. As technological advancements will continue to change our economy and society, he is excited to be helping organisations meet the challenges of the moment with highly skilled professionals who are equipped for the future of the workforce.
