Do you support hybrid/flexible working?

Yes, all our roles are hybrid, and we are always happy to discuss flexible working in HQ. We encourage candidates to be as open as possible with us during the recruitment process with sharing what might work best for them.

How do I apply for an HQ role at Kubrick Group?

All our live vacancies are listed on the HQ careers page. Please apply directly via our careers page application form to ensure we can operate a smooth recruitment process for you.
If you don't find a role advertised, it means that we're currently not actively recruiting for that position.
We regret we cannot take applications from candidates via email or LinkedIn unless you have been contacted directly by our recruitment team.

Are the salaries listed on each role negotiable?

At Kubrick, we prioritize advertising transparent salaries. All advertised roles come with specific salary ranges. Therefore, we encourage candidates to communicate their salary expectations upfront to ensure compatibility with our offerings before commencing the recruitment process. Please note that we are unable to exceed the advertised salary bands for HQ roles.

Do you offer a bonus or additional compensation?

For HQ roles, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus of up to 10% per annum depending on company and individual performance, while sales roles may offer commission-based incentives, depending on the specific position you've applied for.

What learning and development opportunities are on offer for HQ employees?

Identifying opportunities for the development of our people is key to us at Kubrick and we are looking to continue to grow our development offering.
We have various resources available for employees to support learning and development, including:

  • Development webinars hosted by the training team that are open to all employees.
  • Development Academy for line managers or those who are going into their first management position.

Do you offer any internal mobility opportunities?

Your personal development is important to us, so we have ensured that all internal opportunities are visible to employees. We send out a list of new opportunities to all Kubrick employees on a weekly basis and all employees are welcome to apply for these roles. Should you decide to apply for an internal role at Kubrick and be successful, we will help make your next move as smooth as possible. Please note you will need to speak to your line manager before applying and ensure you have had 12 months tenure for HQ applications.

What does the recruitment process look like for HQ vacancies?

During the recruitment process you will interview with different members of our HQ team, so that we can assess the relevant skills, experience, and competencies relevant to the role you are applying for. The process varies depending on the function of the business the vacancy sits in and the seniority in the role, but generally speaking you will interview with a member of the Talent Acquisition team, the hiring manager, and various other relevant stakeholder(s). The selection process usually includes a work-based assessment or presentation. If you require any reasonable adjustment(s) to be made, please notify us at the start of your recruitment process so we can advise you on how we can best support.

Do I need to have experience with data or technology to work at Kubrick HQ?

At Kubrick, we value diversity and inclusion and encourage applications from candidates from a range of backgrounds and experiences, this means the majority of our roles require no data or technology experience unless this is a requirement of the role as stated in the job description.

Do HQ employees receive the 4 months of technical training?

No, HQ employees have ample chances for learning and development, but don't undergo our technical training. Instead, our 4-month technical training program is tailored for our consultants, who often join us with little, to no data experience and need specialized training for their roles to prepare them to undertake technical client placements. Any HQ roles that require technical knowledge, will be hired with most of the necessary skills and experience to fulfill the duties of the role.

What are the office hours at Kubrick?

Our office hours are typically 8:30 am-5:30 pm Monday-Friday; however, we are also open to discussing flexible working.

What is the office set up like?

Based in the heart of Manhattan, our US HQ office is located in Rockefeller Center in Midtown, NYC.

Our office operates on a hot desking system, and has collaboration areas, office phone booths, dedicated training facilities for our consultants, access to Rockefeller Center's exclusive ZO spaces, and a range of city-wide perks.
