Matthew Rayner leads Kubrick’s global marketing function, bringing more than a decade of experience turning marketing teams into growth engines at technology, consultancy and professional-services brands.

Since joining Kubrick in 2024, he has repositioned the company’s value proposition from talent supply to end-to-end data and AI outcomes consultancy. As a member of the Commercial Leadership Team, Matthew shapes go-to-market strategy across demand generation, client expansion and and is responsible for external and internal communications.

Prior to Kubrick, Matthew led marketing at QA, the UK’s largest tech-skills provider, where he launched a unified enterprise proposition, modernised the tech stack. Earlier, he scaled VC-backed Enigma Digital and spent eight years with cybersecurity leader Kaspersky, building European demand-gen programmes and leading a pan-regional rebrand. A economics graduate of the University of Leicester with CIM and Mini-MBA credentials, Matthew specialises in marketing transformation, building high-performing teams and data-driven growth—skills he now applies to help Kubrick and its clients unlock the full value of data and AI.
