As UK Managing Director of Kubrick Group, Dave has played a central role in evolving the company’s offering to meet the rapidly shifting demands of enterprise clients navigating data, AI and digital transformation.
Dave's early career was shaped by leadership roles across digital consulting and operations, where he developed an understanding of both the challenges organisations face and the human capital needed to solve them. His experience spans multiple sectors - including retail, public sector and financial services - where he has advised and built teams around mission critical programs of work.
Since joining Kubrick, Dave has focused on embedding AI capability into client organisations not just through technology, but through people. He has helped establish Kubrick’s AI Business Partner model, positioning the firm as a leader in frontline enablement and AI transformation. Dave is especially passionate about reducing the gap between strategy and execution, ensuring that tooling like Microsoft Copilot delivers real world productivity gains for teams at every level.
He works closely with clients to design scalable, outcome driven transformation initiatives, balancing innovation with pragmatism. He is also a champion of Kubrick’s hybrid model of talent and solutions, helping organisations build internal capabilities while delivering near term impact.
