Degree requirements
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept graduates with core data degrees or computer science degrees as our courses are designed for beginners with no prior skills or experience in data, AI, or technology.
Right to work in the UK
In accordance with Home Office guidance, if your application is successful you will be required to evidence your right to work in the UK before the commencement of employment. We have assessed this role and do not consider that going forward and as the number of Consultants and client assignments increase, that we would be able to sponsor a successful candidate under the Skilled Worker route as the role will not meet the relevant Home Office criteria; therefore you must be able to demonstrate your right to work without the need for Kubrick’s sponsorship.

If you are looking to join Kubrick and you already have professional experience, you can join Kubrick Advanced. Kubrick Advanced is our rapidly growing retained team of experienced consultants. This team is made up of experienced Kubrick consultants who are continuing their career development with us, professionals who have joined us directly from their previous careers, and Kubrick alumni who have returned to gain new skills and experience.
As a new joiner to Kubrick Advanced, you can select to train in any one of our five professional practices before taking up your role as a squad leader in the team. Here you will be responsible for leading Kubrick’s blended squads of consultants, engaged in high impact project work across our clients.
Kubrick Advanced provides experienced professionals an opportunity to benefit from Kubrick’s industry-leading data and technology training. After training you will put your new skills into practice on successive engagements with our clients as a squad leader. As a member of Kubrick Advanced you will gain exposure to a variety of clients and technical challenges to accelerate your career into data and next-generation technology.

As a member of Kubrick HQ, you will also have plenty of opportunities to shape and accelerate your career by taking on new projects, gaining exposure to different areas across the business, and growing your skills from within.
Our model
Our model allows us to make an upfront investment in training and developing our consultants, so as to accelerate their careers. In order to make this investment, we have an agreement in place that our consultants spend 2 years after training working with us and our clients, where they will gain exposure to a range of exciting projects whilst continuing to develop technical and professional skills.
In the event any consultant is unable to complete their 15-week training programme or 2 years of client engagements, we reserve the right to reclaim the cost of the training provided. However, we understand that colleagues leave training programmes for a wide variety of reasons, and we carefully assess every individuals’ circumstances before deciding whether or not to ask them to pay a portion of the costs related to the 15-weeks training they received. We also have2-week “cooling off” period in our employment contracts, meaning that any consultant who leaves within the first 2 weeks of training is not required to repay any of the training agreement costs.

Will I be joining a client with other Kubrick consultants?
We’re focused on establishing stronger relationships with our existing clients and there is a high chance there will be at least one other Kubrick consultant on site. However, as we are still adding new clients to our portfolio, you may be the first Kubrick consultant within a team/organisation.

How many projects do consultants generally undertake over the two years?
You may be working on 1-3 long term projects during your two-year development period, or be assigned more frequent but shorter-term deliverables. This varies on client needs and demands.

What does a day in the life of a typical consultant look like?
This varies depending on client culture, team, and projects. Your day could include meeting with stakeholders to clarify objectives or discuss progress, or be spent on coding/ building models and doing independent work.
