Will I have a say in where I get placed?

We match consultants against roles and industries that best suit their strengths, demonstrated in the labs and professional/educational experiences.

Will my client placement begin straight after training?

We aim to place consultants during training so they can begin their client engagement immediately after, however there are some instances where this is not possible. If there is a delay, you will be assigned internal projects and given opportunties to continue developing until you begin your engagement.

Can I change clients during the two years?

If you are not enjoying your client project for whatever reason, your assigned CRM will be on hand to provide support and aim to resolve the project internally. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will reassign you to a new client.

Will I be joining a client with other Kubrick consultants?

We’re focused on establishing stronger relationships with our existing clients and there is a high chance there will be at least one other Kubrick consultant on site. However, as we are still adding new clients to our portfolio, you may be the first Kubrick consultant within a team/organisation.

How many projects do consultants generally undertake over the two years?

You may be working on 1-3 long term projects during your two-year development period, or be assigned more frequent but shorter-term deliverables. This varies on client needs and demands.

What does a day in the life of a typical consultant look like?

This varies depending on client culture, team, and projects. Your day could include meeting with stakeholders to clarify objectives or discuss progress, or be spent on coding/ building models and doing independent work.
