Next steps
If your application is successful, you will be invited to complete our four-stage assessment process which we have outlined below:
Video interview and assessments
At the first stage of the process, you will be invited to record a video of yourself answering 6 questions via our online assessment platform. You will be given an opportunity to prepare your response before answering each question, and can re-record your response if you aren't happy with your first answer.
In the same platform as the video interview, you will need to complete two timed multiple-choice assessments testing your logical thinking skills and commercial acumen.
You will have five days to complete the video interview and assessments post receipt of invitation. More guidance on how to complete the video will be given when you log into the platform.
Final interview
If you reach the final stage of the process, you will be invited to complete a virtual interview with one of our resourcing team members. The purpose of this interview is to assess your communication skills, understanding of the role within the wider context of the data and technology industry, commercial knowledge, alignment to our values, and situational competency.
